Cherkizovo Group, Russia’s largest meat producer, was awarded an HR Rating diploma by the Delovoy Peterburg publication. The Company came in second on the list of the region’s best employers in the agricultural sector.
On Thursday, March 28, Cosmos Saint Petersburg Pribaltiyskaya Hotel hosted an award ceremony held as part of the HR 360: Personnel Management Leadership conference to hand in prizes to the winners of HR Rating, a new project launched by Delovoy Peterburg to evaluate the quality of St. Petersburg’s employers in terms of their job market positioning. The rating was compiled in collaboration with HeadHunter and DreamJob.
Delovoy Peterburg selected more than 10 executives and HR professionals to be awarded, including Dmitry Tsvetkov, Head of Personnel Management in the North-Western Production Cluster of Cherkizovo Group, who received a diploma in the Agriculture category.
The long list of the rating included industry leaders in terms of job postings. The selection process relied on analytics from HeadHunter’s People in Numbers service. Experts evaluated the companies' resilience by their growth performance leveraging revenue data released for 2021 and 2022 and the specific share of wages calculated based on average headcount, and tax and non-tax assessments. Another criterion used by the experts was the 2023 rating based on reviews by the participants' employees on the DreamJob portal.
All the four criteria (the number of vacancies, revenue growth, wage levels, and employee loyalty) were duly considered to determine the final score and select the HR Rating leaders. The winners were, thus the companies with active hiring policies underpinned by business growth, competitive wages, and high employee ratings.
