Mr. Dyachuk has been practicing law for 11 years and served as Head of Legal sub-Divisions with Cherkizovo Group for 9 years. In 2005, he served as Senior Counsel and was in charge of the restructuring of the Cherkizovo Group. In late 2001, he became Head of the Legal Department of AIC Cherkizovsky Ltd. From 1996 to 2001, he served as Head of the Legal Department of Cherkizovsky meat processing plant. In 1995, he began employment with the Group as an in-house lawyer at Cherkizovsky meat processing plant. Mr. Dyachuk graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy with a specialization in Civil Law in 1995.
