Raw smoked sausages and salamis Beside producing traditional types of raw sausages corresponding to GOST standart we revive old recipes and develop new kinds of products. They contain such ingredients as cognac, Madeira, honey, exotic spicery like ginger, green peas, caraway, cinnamon.
Specialists of «Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant» were the first in Russia to start using this new technology of salamis production. The products are not smoked but are just dried. Special originality is characteristic of jerked sausages strewed by natural spicery: grains of mustard, dry parsley, carrot, flakes of garlic, onion, sesame.

Hams It is produced from the most valuable and lean parts of beef, pork and turkey.
Special technological process provides mellowness and delicate consistence to the product.

Сooked sausages Extra class cooked sausages corresponding to GOST standard also belong to delicacies. The Group produces a broad assortment of boiled sausages of the 1-2 category.

Semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausages The Group produces traditional kinds of semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausages and develop new special recipes using original combination of spicery.

Pastes Pastes are made of chilled meat from the Group’s own farms. They contain liver, vegetable proteins and such ingredients as garlic, onion and mushrooms.

Hot dogs and frankfurters Hot dogs and frankfurters have important biological and nutritional value, delicate and mellow taste.

Ready-to-cook meat products The Group produces a wide range of chilled meat ready-to-cook products: entrecotes, beef Stroganoff, cutlets, meat for shashlik, fillet, chew, collar, ragout, goulash, pork schnitzel, soup mix. These products are not frozen which conserves their natural juices and delicacy. The Group is also expanding production of chilled pork meat products.

Сanned food Cherkizovsky's fully automated packaged and canned food production process uses only organic meats and spices. The product range is comprised of foodstuffs well known to the Russian consumer, such as corned beef and stewed pork, as well as products made with our own unique recipes, including "Russkaya" "Pokhodnaya", "Dinner" and "Turkey Ham" lunchmeats. We also produce prepared foods such as Beef with Potatoes, Pork with Potatoes, Pork with Peas, Beef with Spicy Beans, and "Golubsti", or meat and cabbage rolls, as well as a full range of pates and kasha with meats. Our highly modern hot-processing production lines both preserve a fresh-cooked taste as well as permit the use of a range of spices which result in a quality product at a value price.
