From 2004 to 2005 she served as the Financial Director of AIC Cherkizovsky Ltd. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Mikhailova served as a financial analyst at General Mills Corporation Canada (Toronto). In 2002, she completed an internship at ING Barings investment bank in London, specializing in financial assessment of the food, pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Mikhailova served as an assistant associate at McFarlane Gordon Inc. (Toronto). From 1996 to 1999, she served as a financial analyst at AIC Cherkizovsky Ltd. Ms. Mikhailova graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation in 1998. In 1999, she received a Certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute, and in 2003, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, Schulich School of Business (Canada).
