Cherkizovo's management and employees see quality as their main priority as consumers and other stakeholders' satisfaction with the quality of Cherkizovo's products has a significant effect on the Group's position in the market and prosperity of the Company's shareholders, management and staff and also on the Group's contribution to the strengthening of Russia's economy.

Cherkizovo Group's key quality management initiatives include:

• Ensuring that the quality of our products meets the needs of our consumers;
• Maintaining all standards at all times throughout the Group;
• Using new state-of-the-art technologies to constantly monitor and improve our business processes in accordance with the highest of international standards to enable us to provide consistent quality for the benefit of our consumers.

To ensure quality of our products we:

• Maintain feedback from consumers and take into consideration their preferences when improving the quality of our products;
• Constantly improve level of service provided by our trade partners in every channel of product distribution;
• Standardise and constantly improve production technologies and use rigid quality control on every stage of production and supply process;
• Equip our production facilities with modern technologically advanced Western equipment and constantly improve it;
• Constantly improve our relationships with suppliers.

Cherkizovo's employees play a key role in maintaining the quality of our products, and therefore we aim to help our employees to do this through:

• Creating favourable social and psychological atmosphere;
• Maintaining employees' initiative and creativeness;
• Paying attention to personnel training and development including training in the sphere of quality management on all company levels;
• Encouraging employees to increase the level of self discipline and responsibility, productiveness and quality of work by way of moral and material incentives.
