OJSC Cherkizovo Group appointed two new independent non-executive members of its Board of Directors, Moscow, 17 April 2006 - Cherkizovo Group, one of Russia's largest vertically integrated agro-industrial companies announced today appointment of two new independent non-executive members of its Board of Directors, Esben Juhl, Managing Director of AIB Consult (Denmark) and Samuel B. Lipman, President of Stromyn Breeders Ltd. (USA).
New Board of Directors includes:

Sergey I. Mikhailov, Chief Executive Officer
Evgeny I. Mikhailov, member of the Board of Directors
Yury N. Dyachuk, Head of Legal Department
Independent non-executive members:
