Admission of Additional GDRs to the Official List and Trading on the LSEOJSC Cherkizovo Group is pleased to announce the admission of further global depositary receipts representing the Company's ordinary shares ("GDRs") to the Official List of the U.K. Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's regulated market through its International Order Book (regulated market segment) under the symbol "CHE" in addition to up to 17,231,250 GDRs that were admitted in May 2006.
The GDRs are issued or will be issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. (the "Depositary") in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the deposit agreement entered into by the Company and the Depositary on March 27, 2006 and amended on April 4, 2007.The admission is obtained in relation to up to 2,822,683 GDRs and any additional GDRs representing up to the entire issued share capital of the Company subject to the requirements of Russian law.
